Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, banking and insurance, or business administration from a reputed university.
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in credit rating, investment banking, advisory activities, or credit operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of securities laws, rules, and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead organizations and drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Networking capabilities to engage clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities effectively.
⚙️ Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
